My food expresses my biggest passions: travel and the places I have visited and loved, flavors I have tasted and the people I have met. Working in highly acclaimed restaurants and luxury hotels in Italy, Spain, France, Uruguay and around the world, gave me the opportunity to improve my techniques and grow. Every single day I practice and build my profession with the goal of giving my clients a unique and beautiful experience. The two main characteristics that my dishes have in common are: beauty and quality of the products.
